Training magazine’s Online Learning Conference is designed for training and learning professionals who want to leverage the latest in eLearning tools, virtual classrooms, games for learning, simulations, mobile, performance support, social media, augmented reality, and other emerging technologies to improve workplace performance.

Participants get the theories, the practical how-tos, and hear from companies leading the charge in the use of technologies for learning. They learn strategies and best practices for designing, deploying, and managing effective learning technologies.

Attendees are organizational learning professionals across all industry sectors including academic institutions, government/military, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, transportation and business services. Attendee titles cover the full spectrum of roles—executives, managers, developers, designers, facilitators and project managers.

Attendees want strategies and techniques for building better, faster, cheaper online learning that adds to the bottom line. They deal with limited budgets, sometimes in IT-restricted environments. They are looking for ways to use existing learning technologies and how to integrate new technologies. They need help making the right technology decisions, navigating the 'stuff' in the middle, and connecting the dots in their ultimate goal of building effective online learning to deliver value to their organizations.
