CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS
Training Directors' Forum 2005 offers four comprehensive certificate programs. These integrated courses of study are conducted by the industry's top experts and provide you with the theories, best practices and applications you need to become (and remain!) a top performer in your field. In the end, you'll not only walk away with a certificate, you'll also jumpstart your career and enhance your professional know-how. Each specially priced certificate package includes a full-conference and associated workshop registration - save up to $390 when you register for a certificate program.

Performance Consulting Certificate
Effective performance consulting requires an intuitive grasp of the needs at hand, a knowledge of which solutions will best address those needs, a mastery of the tools and techniques it takes to implement them and an ability to rally people around the solution - from trainees and line managers all the way to the executive suite. This certificate program - led by Harold Stolovitch, author of Telling Ain't Training and Training Ain't Performance, and Jim Robinson, co-author of Strategic Business Partner: Aligning People Strategies with Business Goals - is intended for independent and staff performance consultants (and for those interested in joining their ranks) and examines all of the factors that play a part in successful performance consulting. Certificate registration includes:
  • Two-Day Pre-Conference Workshop P1: Introduction to Performance Consulting
  • 101: Human Performance Improvement (HPI): Research and Theory to Practice

Select a program to evaluate and, if available, bring a sample evaluation report used to communicate program results to senior management. To achieve certification in ROI methodology, you must attend all ROI sessions and implement the process in your work environment. Certificate registration includes:
  • Two-Day Pre-Conference Workshop P2: Measuring the ROI of Training and Performance Improvement Programs
