Attendee Service Center
Log into the Attendee Service Center print out a confirmation, invoice or select/change a session selection. If you need to change your registration, the person attending, or cancel, please contact Customer Service at 847.620.4483 ext. 2 or by email: Customer Service
Badges will not be mailed in advance. You will receive a confirmation upon registration and another email 7-10 days prior to the start of the Conference with information in regards to your attendance.
Should you need to cancel your Conference, Certificate or Summit registration, you must do so in writing—either e-mail Customer Service or fax 847.277.7414—by September 11, 2017. Cancellations received by September 11, 2017, are subject to a $100 processing fee and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded. After September 11, 2017, we are happy to accept substitutions or issue a letter of credit to be used by your organization for a future Training magazine Conference or Certificate Program, but no refunds will be given.
Certificates of Completion
At the conclusion of the Certificate Programs, attendees will receive a certificate of completion from Training magazine.
Training magazine Events are pre-approved by the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI). You can earn up to 12 CPT points to re-certify as a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) with any Training magazine Conference or Certificate Program. Discounts are available on full Conference registrations for the following: government/military personnel; higher education institutions; charitable non-profit organizations; and groups of three or more. For more information, contact Show Management. (ONE discount offer/code per attendee; discount offers may not be combined. Discounts must be entered prior to final payment. The conference is business casual. We’ll set the meeting room temperatures at 72 degrees. We recommend you bring a sweater or jacket.
Groups may register online. You will be prompted “To add additional attendee” on the Review page. In order to get a group discount on the Conference, all attendees must be from the same company/organization. Discounts are available starting at Groups of 3 or more, contact Show Management. Invoices for Groups are available; please contact Customer Service.
You may register online and select "Balance Due" for payment method; an invoice will be automatically sent by e-mail with the confirmation. Payments are due in full prior to the start of the event.
Lunch is included each day of the Certificate programs, The Allen Experience and the Conference.
Mailing List Removal
If you would like to be removed from the mailing or email list, please send your request to Show Management.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and checks (US funds on a US bank) and money orders (US Funds). If you are submitting a purchase order, please note your final payment (by check, credit card, cash or wire transfer) is due prior to receiving your badge onsite. For information to pay by Wire Transfer (EFT), please contact Customer Service. You may also pay on site by cash, check or money order (US funds on a US Bank) or credit card.
Payment by Check: Make checks payable to Lakewood Media Group, LLC and mail with your registration form. If you pre-registered online or are paying an invoice, please place each attendee's name on the remittance portion of your payment.

Press must email their credentials to Show Management for review by show management. Passes are valid for the Conference only.
We accept purchase orders, but final payment by check or credit card is required prior to the start of Online Learning Conference and receiving your badge (Note: you may pay on site.) Purchase orders stating payment will be made after Online Learning Conference will NOT be accepted.
If you require special services/assistance (mobility or have dietary restrictions for lunches) at Online Learning Conference, please answer the questions on the registration form. Or, e-mail Show Management by September 11, 2017, so that we can accommodate your request.
Substitution requests must be sent in writing to customer service. If the substitution is done on site, please speak to the Registration Manager.
